Designed in collaboration with acclaimed architectural firm bureau^proberts, this landmark development embodies sophistication, craftsmanship, and a deep connection to its natural surroundings. The building’s fluid, curvilinear form mirrors the movement of the nearby Maroochy River, blending seamlessly with its pristine waterfront setting. Each residence is meticulously crafted, featuring opulent finishes, expansive layouts, and panoramic views spanning the river, ocean, and hinterland. Lorient’s design philosophy is rooted in timeless elegance and sustainability, incorporating natural materials such as American oak timbers, natural stone, and Rockcote Cerano European stone to create an organic, harmonious aesthetic.
