Armed with a Bachelor of Architecture and Design from the UniSA, Ben brings a wealth of industry experience. His studies ignited a passion for visualisation, emphasizing the critical link between architecture, communication, technology, and culture. Ben was a key contributor to the Imagina Award-winning entry “Now and When” for the 2010 Venice Architectural Biennale as well as working on a number of CG Architect Award nominated projects, showcasing his expertise in creative visualisation.

With still imagery his lens reveals hidden details, evoking emotions through the interplay of light and geometry. His passion though lies in the moving image. As a filmmaker, Ben bridges imagination and reality, weaving captivating narratives. His architectural films transcend documentation, inviting viewers to explore a building’s essence.

Ben also actively shares his insights with the industry. As a regular presenter at forums like Autodesk University and as a guest speaker at Collarts College in Melbourne and assumed the role of lead instructor at MAD Academy, an accredited Autodesk training center.

David Fraher is an award-winning architectural visualizer celebrated for his exceptional talent, deep-rooted expertise in interior design, and a distinguished career spanning over fifteen years in the industry. His work is characterized by a meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence, earning him recognition as a leader in his field.

Before launching FKD in 2015, David spent more than a decade refining his skills at some of Australia’s most prestigious architectural visualization studios. During this time, he cultivated a reputation for delivering innovative and high-caliber solutions, collaborating with top-tier architects and designers on a diverse portfolio of projects. His extensive experience has equipped him with a profound understanding of spatial dynamics, lighting, and composition—skills he leverages to produce imagery that seamlessly blends artistry with technical precision.

Grounded in a robust education in interior design, David brings a unique perspective to his craft, creating photorealistic visuals that are not only visually striking but also harmoniously balanced. His ability to translate complex architectural concepts into compelling, lifelike representations has made him a trusted partner for clients seeking to elevate their visions.

What began as a modest four-person team operating from the backstreets of Richmond has evolved into an ever-expanding collective of over fifteen talented artists. Bradley has been a part of FKD Studio since 2017, bringing his background in architecture into the world of 3D visualization. He has a keen eye for detail and a strong appreciation for the atmosphere and emotion a space can convey. His approach is shaped by real-world observations, from the way natural light shifts throughout the day to the subtle imperfections that make materials feel authentic. His creative pursuits outside of work influence his renders, giving them a sense of depth and realism that goes beyond just technical precision.

Whether he’s working on vintage cars, restoring old pieces, or designing and building furniture, he’s always immersed in a project, finding inspiration in hands-on craftsmanship.

With a background in product design and over a decade of experience in architectural visualization, he brings a refined sense of detail and craftsmanship to every project. His deep understanding of materials, form, and colour enhances his ability to create visually striking and technically precise 3D environments. Passionate about storytelling through design, he blends artistic vision with advanced 3D techniques to create immersive and impactful visuals. He finds particular satisfaction in detailing spaces, especially when working on a smaller scale, where he can meticulously model furniture, styling objects, and other intricate elements that bring a scene to life. He drives innovation while actively mentoring and supporting the team through a strong and collaborative leadership style.

Away from the screen, he’s enthusiastic about coffee culture and street photography, and loves collecting gadgets, often taking them apart to understand how they work.

With a background in architecture and engineering, Riccardo is uniquely positioned to blend technical expertise with artistic vision. His studies equipped him with a solid foundation in design, structural understanding, and spatial awareness, while his passion for photography sharpened his sensitivity to detail, composition, and storytelling. This combination allows Riccardo to produce compelling and realistic visuals that effectively communicate architectural ideas.

Outside of work, his Italian roots mean he spends an unusual amount of time debating pasta shapes, defending espresso traditions, and reminding everyone how life-changing real parmigiano reggiano can be.
